The Annual Address of Antwort Law to Our Clients and Partners for the New Year 2025

Recently, I’ve been seeing texts written by ChatGPT (or perhaps other AIs) all over the internet and social media. But this text is definitely not one of them. My name is Vladyslav Makarenko, I am the Managing Partner of our law firm, and I can proudly state—this message was written by people, for people. That’s exactly how we work!  

The People We Work For

All the achievements of 2024 would have been impossible without you—our clients and trusted partners. Some of you have been with us for nine years now, while others have only recently placed their trust in us, including public figures, bloggers, influencers, entrepreneurs, and innovators. This year brought many exciting projects, challenges, and meetings.  

Here are a few examples from our 2024 practice:  

Of course, the most striking case is the rescue of the client's business. The mobile application, in which years of work, money and effort were invested, was removed from the App Store. The client was sure that the situation was hopeless, but we took matters into our own hands! We sorted out the problem, drafted and sent an official request, and returned his application to the store.

For the client, this was not just a success - it was a new life for his business. For us, this is further confirmation that attention to detail and meticulous work of the team allow us to help clients in the most difficult cases.

Another important example is the efficiency with which Antwort solves critical problems. This year, we set several internal records. We opened a Polish crypto company in less than a month! And a client who urgently needed a new company in the UK registered a business in 3 days.

Now, Let’s Look Ahead 

What exciting projects will we implement in 2025? 

In the new year, working with banks will not become easier, and for our clients we are launching the "Banking Concierge" service. We will help you find a common language in working with banks and payment institutions, which will speed up and simplify settlements for your international business. And most importantly - relieve unnecessary stress!

Working with licenses is also of great interest, since this is a more complex and demanding service than simply opening a company. We are constantly increasing our expertise in this area, and every day we become stronger in solving such complex problems.

A new area of ​​our service for business is dual-use goods and technologies. Our office in the UAE is launching services for this segment and will help you formalize legal production and distribution around the world from the territory of the UAE.

Of course, not all tasks were completed this year. There were situations when deadlines were shifted or regulators intervened, but we brought most of the cases to a result and this is the merit of the whole team!

We were able to be useful to our clients - and this is the main thing.
