For our team, the end of the year is, above all, a time to take stock.
2025 was a busy and eventful year for Antwort Law. In many ways, it was a defining year. Thank you to everyone who supported us this year and trusted us with their projects and solutions.

2025 Results

Throughout the year, we continued to work on international projects and tasks requiring a comprehensive legal approach and a precise understanding of regulatory processes.

One of our key areas of focus was working with manufacturers of controlled and dual-use goods. In 2025, we supported the entry of such projects into Middle Eastern markets, including the UAE, as well as legal issues related to the launch of production and assembly lines.

Our investment focus has noticeably strengthened. This year, we began active work in the US market. We support the creation of investment funds and structures in the US, assisting with corporate structuring and the legal aspects of raising US capital.

Our practice in the UAE also continued to develop. In addition to projects related to controlled goods, we worked on real estate initiatives, as well as marketing and advertising projects, including interactions with bloggers. Investment and residency visas, including under the Golden Visa program, took a special place.

This year has once again demonstrated that the demand for comprehensive legal and investment support continues to grow.
